By using BJones Logistics services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

BJones Logistics provides international and local shipping, package forwarding, drop-off, and delivery services. All shipments are handled based on the information provided by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details (name, address, phone number, contents, and value).

• BJones Logistics is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items shipped are legal and allowed by customs.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not ship illegal, dangerous, or restricted items, including but not limited to:

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives

• Drugs or controlled substances

• Flammable or hazardous materials

• Counterfeit or stolen goods

Any prohibited item found will be reported and may be confiscated without refund.

4. Customs & Duties

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fees, and clearance charges.

• BJones Logistics is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or inspections.

• Any additional fees incurred must be paid before package release.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Shipping rates are based on weight, size, destination, and service type.

• All payments must be made in full before package release or delivery.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Delivery & Transit Time

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• BJones Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, shipping lines, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

• BJones Logistics is not liable for damage caused by customs inspections, improper packaging, or acts beyond our control.

• Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or notification.

• Compensation, if approved, is limited to the shipping fee unless additional insurance was purchased.

8. Storage & Unclaimed Packages

• Packages not collected within the specified time may incur storage fees.

• Unclaimed packages after a reasonable period may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, with no refund.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once a package has been shipped or processed, cancellations and refunds are not guaranteed.

• Refunds, if approved, apply to shipping fees only—not customs or third-party charges.

10. Limitation of Liability

BJones Logistics’ liability is limited to the amount paid for shipping services only. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Changes to Terms

BJones Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. BJONES LOGISTICS exercises reasonable care when handling all packages. However, in the unlikely event that a package is damaged while in our care, the company’s liability is limited to a maximum compensation of $100 per package.

Terms and Conditions For personal shopping

1. Quotation Acceptance

A quotation is officially accepted once the customer provides written approval via WhatsApp, email, or any other form of written communication.

2. Binding Agreement

Upon confirmation of the quotation, the order becomes legally binding. BJones Logistics will immediately proceed with purchasing and/or processing the item(s).

3. Payment Obligation

The customer is fully responsible for payment of the total quoted amount, including item cost, service charges, shipping, and any applicable fees, even if the customer later decides not to proceed.

4. No Cancellation After Approval

Orders cannot be canceled once approval has been given and processing has begun.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made after quotation approval are non-refundable unless the item is unavailable from the supplier.

6. Processing Time

Processing begins immediately upon approval and cannot be reversed.

By confirming this quotation, the customer agrees to all terms listed above.
